A great opportunity for a hard working person to join our team of Service Technicians and be part of our growing company in the exciting field of telecommunications. This person will be required to install and maintain a range of PABX solutions. The ideal applicant will also have the ability to recognise sales opportunities and generate leads for our sales team who are selling a range of telecommunications solutions to clients in the SME market.

The position is full time and the package is negotiable for the right applicant. The applicant will be expected to fulfil the following duties:

  • Install and service new and existing telephone systems
  • Provide quality installation and service work
  • Deliver help desk support to client and staff
  • Complete Minor cabling works
  • Possess excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Maintain and improve technical skills
  • Liaise with sales staff.

Ideally you will be friendly, passionate about your work, and have good people skills. You must have a technical background and be conversant with IT principles, or be able to learn quickly. Experience in Avaya IP Office, Samsung and Unify phone systems would be an advantage.
